Titan Missile Museum
While in Tucson, I learned that there was an old nuclear missile launching site on the outskirts of town, now converted into a museum. Not what I expected to be doing on a tour of Arizona, but ... not a bad way to spend a morning! For more information on the Titan II missile program, see here,

Inside the silo, the missile itself, with two dummy maintenance technicians (who had to wear complete environmental suits due to the toxicity of the propellants used in the rocket). Here's another interesting site about the Titan's.
